Individual psychotherapy provides individuals a safe and non-judgmental space to lay it all out and work through the things that are weighing heavy on their heart and mind. It is an excellent resource to work through past trauma, gain self-awareness, improve self-esteem, learn new copings skills, begin to set boundaries, and find solutions to problems.
I believe that every client is different and unique and has the potential, tools, and resources to live the life that they dream of living. As a result, I do my best to meet the needs of each one of my clients to the best of my ability. I work collaborative with clients to formulate the goals that they want to reach and help clients gain insight and tools to choose from different options to start living the life that they want to live.
